Tax claims, Fines and penalties, Spousal and child support claims, Student loans and secured debts, Debts not listed with courts , drunken driving obligations, false claims and fraud claims with an intent to deceive.
Which debts cannot be discharged by business bankruptcy?
Debts incurred while committing forgery or fraud cannot be filed or discharged under bankruptcy.
Will debts incurred as part of punitive damages be discharged?
No, debts incurred as part of statutory or punitive damages are not considered and will not be a part of debt. These will not be discharged also.
